In plain language: Replyo connects to your WhatsApp and, optionally, to your Google Calendar. We use your data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data. We cannot read your private messages — the content is not technically accessible to us. No Replyo employee has access to the content of your conversations.

Replyo operates as a display layer between WhatsApp and your screen. Messages flow from WhatsApp directly to your browser, encrypted in transit. We do not store message content on our servers. No Replyo employee can read, search, or access what you or your contacts have written — not now, not ever.

- Encryption in transit: All communication between your browser and our servers uses TLS encryption (HTTPS). Your data is never sent in plain text.
- Encryption at rest: OAuth tokens and session keys are stored encrypted on our servers and are never readable by other users.
- Isolated sessions: Your WhatsApp session is stored exclusively on our server, associated only with your account. No other user can access it.
- No message storage: Message content is never written to disk. It passes through memory only, in transit to your screen.
- Access control: Production server access is limited to authorized personnel only, with audit logging.
- Infrastructure: Servers are hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the EU region.

- WhatsApp session: Kept while your account is active. Disconnecting from the dashboard permanently deletes your session immediately.
- Google OAuth tokens: Kept while Calendar integration is enabled. Revoking access — from Google Account settings or from the Replyo dashboard — deletes these tokens immediately from our servers.
- Message metadata (contact name, timestamp, read status): Kept up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.
- Message content: Never stored. Processed in memory only, in real time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. The only exceptions:

- Disconnect WhatsApp: At any time from the dashboard — immediately terminates your session
- Data export: Request your data in machine-readable format
